Opening hours

Unfortunately, we are not open 24 hours a day!

We are usually open for drop offs, collections and viewings Monday-Friday between 10.00am and 11.00 am and again at 4.00pm until 5.00pm .

We are CLOSED for pick ups and drop offs on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Occasional drop offs and pick ups can be arranged outside these hours with our prior agreement but may be subject to extra charges.

This is to protect our time off and to prevent disturbing the cats over and over throughout the day.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CAT'S VACCINATIONS ARE UP TO DATE AS SIGHT OF THEIR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.
